These conditions contribute to high concentrations of antioxidants and soothing compounds that help protect the plants from their environment.
Luzern sources select certified organic Swiss botanicals cultivated in this remarkable landscape and extracted in pure Alpine spring water. Their skin-supporting properties became an important part of our approach to formulation—and remain so today.

Introduced in SoHo, New York, it combined Alpine botanicals with advanced actives in a radically different kind of moisturizer—one designed around how ingredients work together, and with the skin.
More than two decades later, Force de Vie remains at the heart of Luzern and the philosophy behind every formula we create.
