How do I return something to Luzern Laboratories?

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any Luzern Laboratories item bought through us for a full credit or refund if your return is received within 30 days of the ship date of the original order.

If you would like to return an item, please call us toll-free at 1-888-591-7800 to speak with a customer service representative, who will help you with your request before sending anything back to us.

When sending an item(s) back, please note (on the original packing slip), which item(s) you are returning, and whether the item(s) is: a) unopened or b) used. In cases where you have had an allergic reaction, please note on the packing slip brief details of the allergic reaction you experienced, and which products you reacted to.

It may take up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service 1-888-591-7800.

Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return, unless the return is a result of our error. If you are shipped the wrong item by mistake, or the item you received is damaged, we will re-ship the correct item to you at no additional cost. If we have shipped the incorrect item to you, we will pay the cost to ship that item back to us, or send a courier to pickup the item at our expense.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you have an unopened item in its original condition/packaging and would like to exchange it, please follow the above procedure to return it and receive a refund. Then place a new order for the new items you want.

Order Cancellation Policy

Please submit any cancellation via our customer service department at 1-888-591-7800.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted via phone and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
