Since the UK launch of Luzern last month, British beauty junkies have been buzzing about the new luxury organic line to hit their shores, and more importantly, high street cosmetic counters.  Due to more stringent regulatory standards, European spa junkies are used to strong standard of organic products, so we’re very pleased to have made such an impression. 

We recently spotted a write up on Luzern at London leisure guide Shush Me.  Spanning beauty, entertainment, shopping, fashion, events, culture and gossip, Shush Me covered the Selfridges’ launch with this to say:

Widely-read local paper The Miami Herald covered the luxe Agua Spa at the Delano Hotel.  A favorite of celebrities and jet-setters worldwide, we wrote about their stunning facilities and haute treatments. 

The article mentions Luzern products, and also touts the PureBlue 02 treatment as ”cardio for the skin.”  We concur, but do contend that our oxygen facials are more relaxing than 45 minutes on the elliptical trainer.

Sometimes the most impressive treatments and cures are ancient, pure and familiar ones.  We recently spotted an interesting article about the benefits of Aloe Vera for skin.  Many Luzern products have a high concentration of Aloe (as opposed to water, mineral oil, or cosmetic fillers), providing a gentle, calming conduit for active ingredients.  The article is interesting and informative, and below are some great points about the benefits of aloe for skin.

Our launch at Fred Segal in Los Angeles was quite a party. We love to read experiences and reviews on the web, and one attendee was LA Splash writer Jillie Reil. She covered our products after the launch, detailing what she loves about Luzern. You can read the whole article, but here’s an excerpt:
